Toddler Games is a set of calm mini-games for children aged 3 to 5, for iPhone and iPad, available in English, French and German. This page explains, in plain terms, how the app handles data.

We collect no personal information
We collect no personal information from children or from parents. That means no names, email addresses, photos, voice recordings, location, contacts or device identifiers.
The app never goes online
The app makes no network connections at all. It works fully offline, and its security settings block every connection.
No ads, analytics or tracking
There is no advertising, no analytics, no tracking and no crash reporting. The app contains no third-party SDKs.
No accounts or social features
There are no accounts and no sign-in. There is no chat, no social features and no content from other users.
No in-app purchases
The app has no in-app purchases.
No camera, microphone or location
The app does not use the camera, the microphone or location.
What stays on the device
The only data the app keeps is stored on the device, in the app's own storage, and is never sent anywhere. It is:
- the parent's settings: the child's age band (3, 4 or 5), the daily play limit, quiet hours, language, and the sound and voice switches;
- game progress;
- today's play time.
Nothing in this identifies a child.
Spoken instructions
The spoken instructions are recordings that ship inside the app. Lines that have not been recorded yet use the device's own built-in speech voices, and only voices that run on the device, so no text is sent to a speech service.
Parental gate
The parents' settings sit behind a parental gate that a young child cannot pass. Nothing in the child's area links out to the internet.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app deletes all of its data. Nothing is stored anywhere else, so there is nothing more to request or delete.
Children's privacy laws
The app is designed to meet the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, including their rules for children, and Apple's requirements for the Kids Category of the App Store.
Because no personal data is collected, there is nothing to access, correct, export or delete. Parents are still welcome to contact us with any question.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date. We will never start collecting data from children without first getting verifiable consent from a parent.
